They will act like a business partner and help to align the human capital side of the business to the company structure and goals.

COHR Consulting’s mission is to help companies optimize their human resources through employee engagement and employee training and development.  COHR Consulting believes that employees are more productive when they understand WHY the company does what it does and WHY what the employee does is so important to the company's success. COHR has taken that into consideration in all aspects of achieving Company Optimization through Human Resources

COHR Consulting believes that every time a company can help develop and foster this "Why" understanding in employees is an opportunity to get their employees more engaged and more productive. We incorporate this philosophy into all of our services and trainings. Even the mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training has been given a positive and developmental "WHY" twist. Everything we offer is customizable to fit your company's culture, mission and vision - from training and development programs to job descriptions, evaluations, and handbooks. COHR is passionate about helping companies achieve a return on investment in their Human Resources by providing compliance and strategic training, employee development, and HR best practices that fit your company.  Having a background in accounting as well as in human resources, we understand the financial impact developed and engaged employees will have on a company.  The potential repercussions of an improperly trained, underdeveloped or disengaged staff can be detrimental to a company’s profits, as well as their public image.

Below are current EEOC actions that could have been avoided with proper training and employee development.  Let COHR Consulting help you minimize risk and achieve Company Optimization through your Human Resources.
