CONFIDENTIAL Leadership Role for growing San Diego based company.

 

Our client is looking for a leader who will have a significant impact on the growth of the company — and experience is what will set you apart. This position will work directly with the CEO and become an integral part of the leadership team. You’ll be responsible for everything from providing leadership for the company’s daily operations, defining & developing SOPs and operational processes from product management to sales to ensure growth, and driving both revenue and profitability targets - including establishing & running new sales channels. In order to succeed, you need to be motivational, innovative, resourceful and a strategic leader.

You've held a strategic leadership role at a mid-sized product distribution company or similar experience in a top-tier high-growth startup (someone able to thrive in intense and fast-paced environments). (Minimum 10 years in leadership role)

Scrappy and entrepreneurial — you have a sense of ownership over everything that you do, and you’ll go the extra mile to get things done

You are tech-savvy and have strong technical knowledge and ability to put up and run sales channels.

You have strong working knowledge of resource planning, KPI setting, etc. necessary to manage financial responsibility.

Proven ability to formulate, execute and manage operations efficiently, organize work, create and streamline processes/procedures, establish priorities, and maintain strong communication both internally and externally — from an intern to a C-level executive. (Exceptional communication skills — verbal and written.).

Expert ability to think strategically and execute rapidly.

Well-developed business acumen paired with deep understanding of strategic finance to understand how operational strategy is connected to higher-level business objectives.
